Wild swimming at Pool Bridge Farm.

Experience the exhilaration of open water swimming in one of their many beautiful outdoor lakes. 

Your entry fee for a wild swim and transport to the venue if required, is included in the price of your retreat. Changing facilities are freely available onsite and a sauna and cafe are available for you to use at your own expense.

You will need to bring your own towels and swimwear. Some water shoes are recommended, but not essential.

Stillingfleet Lodge Gardens

Take some time our to rejuvenate in these beautiful award-winning botanical gardens, located just around the corner from Harmony House. You can while away many hours wandering around the peaceful meadows, woodlands and cottage gardens. 

Entrance to the gardens is included in your retreat price, but there is also a cafe and plant nursery if you’d like to purchase something to take home with you, at your own expense.

Wonderful and relaxing retreat

I went on a Wellbeing Retreat to Harmony House, it was fantastic a very warm welcome from Adele when I arrived, the wonderful food (Adele even made me a vegan chocolate cake because I’m allergic to eggs!). The mindfulness and guided mediation were very relaxing. Harmony House is a beautiful building and my room and my bed were very comfortable. Would absolutely do this again.

Outstandingly restorative

From the moment of my booking, I felt in safe hands. Adele goes the extra mile to care for her clients. Harmony House itself is a beautiful big old house. My room Poppy was a good size but still retained a cosy feel with the warm furnishings; a chair to sit on and read in, soft blankets, a dorma window to let in the evening light. The wellbeing retreat I booked on included all meals. The food was absolutely delicious! We were given structured activities to help us relax but also had plenty of free time factored in to give us space to process our thoughts. On the Sunday we visited the nearby Pool Bridge Farm where I braved the lilies to enjoy a lovely open air swim.

All in all, this was a weekend I would thoroughly recommend. I felt listened to as an individual and cared for pastorally. You can also book to stay at the B&B independently which I’m certain my husband and I will do in the future. He’s even inspired to maybe attend a retreat; my description of the mindful breathing exercises had him wanting some time out for himself too!!! Thank you Adele (and your helpers Rebecca and Heather!)

Creative art space in our Garden Room

Our creative art space is set up in our garden room for our seasonal themed retreats and has really good day lighting for you to be able to art and craft to your heart’s desire. We have a small selection of art materials for you to use, or bring your own arts and crafts if you prefer.

Check in between 3pm and 5pm. Check out by 11am

If you are unable to make our retreat check in times, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. 

Cancellation Policy

When you book with Harmony House, you are entering into an agreement with us. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur and we ask that you contact us as soon as possible should this be the case.
